MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Awana is to to reach kids with the gospel and engage them in lifelong discipleship. For over 25 years, the AWANA ministries at RCEFC has been raising children and youth to know, love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Timothy 2:15

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.

PROGRAMS

Cubbies

Ages 3-5

Preschoolers can hardly wait for their next Cubbies club meeting. Whether it’s the fun puppets, the exciting games or all their Cubbies friends, they simply love it. At Story Time each week, preschoolers learn about God – the greatness of His love and His Word – and about His Son, Jesus Christ, the promised Saviour. Non-competitive games build excitement and reinforce Story Time lesson themes.

Sparkies

Kindergarten to Grade 2

For many children in kindergarten to second grade, Sparks is the highlight of the week! They love their red vests, the exciting games and spending time with leaders and friends.

T&T

Grade 3 – 6

T&T (Truth & Training) ushers kids and preteens on a journey to know God and His Word, love and need their Savior, and live out their faith in the ever-changing world around them. Featuring 30 lessons each year, this curriculum challenges your kids to understand, retain, and apply His Truth!

Trek

Grade 7

Trek will lead your pre-teens to dive deep into Scripture so that they can learn to own their faith and discover what they actually believe.
